Booking requests
A booking submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We review every request and confirm availability separately, usually by WhatsApp or email. A space or a date is only reserved once we confirm it with you directly.
Pricing
Any prices shown on the site are indicative and quoted as starting from. Final pricing depends on the scope of your project and is agreed with you before any work begins.
Payment
No payment is taken through this website. We do not collect card or bank details online. Any payment terms are agreed with you directly.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, the KAGED name and brand, and the work shown in our portfolio are owned by KAGED Production or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written consent.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse the booking form, submit false information, or access areas you are not authorised to use.
Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, KAGED Production is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
